- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain products such as customized items, and clearance sale products are non-returnable unless defective.

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation mail from us. Please ensure the product is packed securely and hand over them to our Logistics partner.
3. Refunds
- Upon receiving your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
- Be sure to provide photo evidence when contacting customer service for faster processing.

7. Return Shipping
